The Human Resources Department's mission
The Human Resources Department and its teams serve the needs of the company's development and the individual development of its staff.
We have two objectives:
Firstly, maintaining employee motivation. In a world in which the young recruit, or the most senior member of staff, must demonstrate their ability to adapt, motivation plays a central role. It is essential that young employees subscribe to the company's economic project and have the possibility to progress, both in human and technical terms.
Secondly, providing support for the company's strategy. The Human Resources Department supports this strategy by making sure that each manager has access to the necessary means, both in quantitative and qualitative terms.
